- How do I make a Booking?
Our booking process is simple and allows you to book real time availability. When you have selected your hotel and room type, the Book now! button will take you to a Secure Reservation Process. When the hotel is available only on request we will email you a detailed offer with price inclusive all costs. You may then decide to accept the offer or not. To book simply reply by email.
- How is my Booking confirmed?
When you press "Book now" button, an automated technical chain of events is triggered. The room(s) is taken from allocation on our availability database and you will get an online confirmation. If the rooms are available only on request you will be sent your confirmation by email. After you will receive voucher and invoice from us.
- Will the hotel confirm to me directly?
We offer a booking service whereby we have allotments of rooms within an availability database. This means that the management of these rooms is through us. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly as your room has been reserved through us and many hotels
only update guest details a few days prior to arrival.
- How can I be sure the hotel is actually booked for me ?
On our voucher you find your personal reservation number, with which you can confirm your reservation directly by the hotel. If you have any concerns regarding your reservation please contact us.
- Do your hotel rates include all taxes?
Our prices are all inclusive. Prices given directly by the hotels (like on homepage) often dont include extra costs, for example 20 percent VAT or sales taxes.
- Are prices stated per room or person ?
All prices are per room. A double room is price for two people, single is price for one person.
- How many persons can stay in one room?
Most hotels have a limit to how many people stay in a room so please ensure your reservation correctly reflects the number of people staying. If you require extra people to stay in the room please contact Customer Service. Please note there is normally an extra charge applied by the hotel.
- Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, it is perfectly safe to use your credit card.
- What credit cards do you accept ?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Do I need a credit card to make a reservation ?
No. We accept also bank wire payments.
- What if I am not happy with my hotel room when I arrive?
If you are not happy with the hotel room or facilities please bring this to the attention of the hotel management as early as possible during your stay.
- What can I do if the hotel are charging me for my booking?
Please call the emergency number on your voucher, and service staff of our local office will assist you.
- Why do you need payment in advance?
Our special rates require that payment be made in full before time of booking. We cannot offer payment directly at the hotel, because such rates are not available directly at the hotel.
- How do I cancel?
Cancellations must be made through us, not directly with the hotel. Any cancellation within 1-2 working days prior to arrival day at the hotel you will be charged one night accommodation penalty. Arrival day is the first day of your booking. For all other cancellations no charges are applied. For group reservations and exhibition periods special cancellation rules can apply.
